It is important having a mobile phone number listed on your profile.
Having a phone number listed allows us to notify you immediately via SMS message whenever there is a booking inquiry, booking, or message sent to you either as a host or a guest. This ensures prompt communication and increases the likelihood of securing bookings swiftly.
If you have noticed that your profile does not currently include a phone number, and we believe that adding one will significantly improve your response rate and lead to more successful bookings.
Please take a moment to update your listing with your phone number to ensure that you don't miss out on any critical messages or inquiries. Take these simple steps to add your mobile number:
1. Log into your Lodge Lovers profile and navigate your Dashboard.
2. Go to the profile tab and scroll down to Phone Number input field.
3. Input your mobile number. A verification code will be sent. Enter the code into the field to verify.
4. You will now receive critical messages regarding bookings and messages via SMS messaging from Lodge Lovers.
