When you Login...
...and get "Wrong Password' more than once, then click on 'Can't login?'
...and click on the "send Link' button to get sent a reset link in your email.
you will see this message pop up in the top right...go to your email account...
...and this message will be in your Inbox. 'Click here to reset your password' link and follow the instructions.
Change your password, go back to the login screen and log in with your new password!
