Cancellation Policy

Our platform offers 5 different types of cancellation policies to choose from. They are as follows: 

• Flexible - Cancel up to 1 day prior to arrival and get a 100% refund. 
• Moderate - Cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. 
• Firm - Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. 
• Strong - Cancel before 30 days prior to arrival and get a 100% refund. Cancel between 15-30 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. No refund if canceled less than 15 days prior to arrival. 
• Strict - Cancel before 60 days prior to arrival and get a 100% refund. Cancel between 30-60 days prior to arrival and get a 50% refund. No refund if canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

How to edit your Cancellation Policy within your Listing:

1. Go to your Host Dashboard, and click the edit button on your listing.
2. Go into "Step 3", and click "Change".
3. Go to the Booking Window tab.
4. Here you will find, and can change, your Cancellation Policy.
